Job Details Job Location: St. Michaels, MD 21663 Position Type: Seasonal Education Level: None Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant, Boat Donations Program, is to provide skilled administrative support as a member of CBMM’s Boat Donations team. This position provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and performs basic electronic filing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond via email and phone to inquiries on boats for sale and inbound vessel donations • Answer phones and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner • Show boats to customers at CBMM, Easton, or Pea Neck facilities on request • Deliver paperwork to the Post Office, Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Natural Resources. • Provide data entry support as needed • Support other department needs and task as assigned This is a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time position with an expected work schedule ranging 15-30 hours per week during the months of April-September. While this position may have a flexible schedule, most hours are expected to be worked during business hours, 9:00a-5:00p, Monday through Friday. All staff are expected to be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Qualifications KEY ATTRIBUTES • High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with team members and the public in a positive and enthusiastic manner. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude. • Ability to collaborate with others to accomplish departmental and organizational priorities.
