Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team
  • Enter invoices and financial data into Sage accounting software
  • Match packing slips with invoices and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • File remittances and assist with government filings
  • Support payroll and expense tracking
  • Monitor and improve internal systems and administrative processes
  • Help coordinate team schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Perform clerical and cross-functional support for other departments as needed
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
