As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support our daily operations and ensure accurate financial management within our growing company. This full-time role will involve a blend of administrative duties and bookkeeping tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our company and business operations as a whole.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a commercial or distribution-based industry.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic payroll processing is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Proofread documents with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail before distribution.
  • Assist sales team with shipping and logistics tasks.
  • Assist sales team with creating estimates and invoices for customers when needed.
