TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Payroll:
· Check attendance/time sheets; keep track of vacation days/sick days
· Create checks for the company
· Send the employees’ salary report to the Accountant
GENERAL DUTIES
· Follow up on delinquent accounts/update delinquent account list as needed
· Responsible for petty cash
· Collect employees’ personal order payments
· Make checks for expenses
· Order office supplies
· Monthly reconciliation of payments and bills
· Check Website transactions on a monthly basis
· File receipts
· Process & receive payments
· Review shipping and duty bills
· Settle any disputes (UPS,FedEx, PayPal,etc)
· Sorting and sending mail
· Answering and routing phone calls
· Greeting Visitors
