Your main responsibilities

  • Working closely with a dynamic team of some 100 professionals, you will play an essential role in the success of large-scale projects. Here are your main responsibilities:
  • Revise and format various documents: letters, reports, specifications, addendums, presentations, minutes, etc;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to reception: greet customers and visitors;
  • Ensure quality control of plans and specifications prior to transmission, to ensure compliance with standards;
  • Help welcome new employees;
  • Help organize and coordinate meetings;
  • Perform many other related tasks, including administrative ones, all while contributing to a friendly and collaborative work environment!

Profile

  • College diploma in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in this role
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English*.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (advanced level of Word, basic Excel) and Adobe PDF
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Excellent organizational skills, a concern for order and quality
  • Fluency in English is essential in view of the shared service and to maintain an acceptable ratio among the incumbents of certain positions in order to ensure effective coordination and provision of services within the organization.
