Your main responsibilities

Working closely with a dynamic team of some 30 professionals, you will play an essential role in the success of large-scale projects. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Revise, correct and format various documents: specifications, plans, technical reports, studies, letters, addendums, presentations, minutes, etc;
  • Ensure quality control of plans and specifications prior to transmission, so that they comply with standards and the expected level of quality;
  • Update weekly budgets and communicate the information to the team.
  • Handle client requests related to projects: supply orders, IT requests in the system, surveys, delivery date tracking, and sharing drawings and drawing lists.
  • Prepare monthly meetings with PWC executives, including details of the month’s deliverables, requested extras, and billing.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Send administrative documents, order IT equipment, manage badge creation, and assist on the first day.
  • Perform many other related tasks, including administrative ones, all while contributing to a friendly and collaborative work environment!

Your Profile

  • Diploma of Vocational or College Studies in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience related to this role.
  • Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Word, basic Excel) and Adobe PDF.
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, collaborate, demonstrate rigor, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of the consulting engineering field is an asset.
