We are currently seeking applications for the role of Administrative Assistant at BreastScreen Victoria (BSV) Carlton. This is an ongoing part-time (0.8FTE) role, working either 4 full days, or 5 shorter days per week.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join the BreastScreen Victoria team, where the work you do will contribute to reducing the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection. BreastScreen Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation offering a collaborate team environment, learning and development opportunities and full not-for-profit salary packaging.
The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive team, their EA’s, the Clinical Directors, and the Manager Policy and Research. Sitting at reception, this role will also be the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors to our office in Carlton. You will update templates, coordinate meeting, maintain files, welcome visitors, answer calls, order office supplies and stationery.
