ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR ADULT DAY PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DIFFERENCES

This is a great opportunity for an organized, professional administrator who is able to efficiently manage multiple demands in a busy private adult learning centre. This role supports the Executive Director and Program Manager in program administration, communications, social media, event management, and projects.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

University or college degree

  • 5+ years experience in communications & administrative roles
  • Superior organization skills, with a strong eye for detail and follow up
  • Highly proficient in the use of Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets, admin)
  • Superior writing ability and communication skills
  • Website editing experience with WordPress
  • Social Media Campaign Management Experience
