OVERVIEW

We are seeking a TEMPORARY Administrative Assistant for our Adult program. The ideal candidate will be very organized, familiar with Google Workspace, Square, and Social media. This role involves includes various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service to staff and students. The position is TEMPORARY, filling in for a medical leave. The length of the position is unknown, but could range from 2 weeks to 2 months.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; prior clerical or office experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus
