Browns Case Management are looking to hire a part time Administration Assistant to join the team to help further grow our business.
You will be working at the heart of the team providing invaluable support tothe day-to-day running of the business whilst ensuring administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

We are looking for a brilliant multi-tasker as this role is wide-ranging; with tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Organising diaries and scheduling meetings as required
  • Notetaking meeting minutes and appropriately distributing the same
  • Efficient and accurate typing; filing of documentation
  • Answering telephone calls, confidently dealing with enquiries and responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Administrative and payroll duties
  • Monitoring sensitive and confidential information to GDPR standard
  • To assist in devising, maintaining & monitoring office procedures & protocols
  • To analyse problems and situations quickly, taking the appropriate action where necessary
  • Mondays working day is essential

The role is diverse and the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to work without constant direct supervision, use their own initiative, to problem solve and to assist on project work.
The role is part time - with hours and schedule to be discussed, however these can be flexible.
You will need to be hard working and self-motivated!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15,262.50-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
