POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and administration of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring smooth building operations and excellent tenant service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
· Work experience: Entry-Level
· Skills: Basic writing and math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, organized time-management, and professionalism.
· Provide general administration support to the Property Management team.
· Perform general customer service;
· Fill and distribute leasing and marketing materials;
· Coordinate maintenance and repair requests and follow up with vendors and tenants to ensure timely resolution;
· Special projects/reports as assigned;
· Some data entry/accounting support;
· Assist in lease administration;
· Support onboarding of new tenants, including welcome packets and move-in coordination.
