This position is in support of the Airman & Family Readiness Center located at Buckley AFB in Aurora, CO. The duties include, but are not limited to
Customer service duties such as professionally greeting visitors, conducting customer intake assessments, answering phones, providing information, and referral
services to customers, registering customers for classes and appointments. Additionally, administrative duties will be performed, such as receiving and
distributing mail and correspondence, photocopying, and scanning customer records. The Coordinator will oversee and maintain the resource library and the
information areas which include; checking out materials from the library, inventory and maintaining all supplies for the office equipment such as faxes and printers,
assisting customers with operation of computers in the Resource Center, and performing simple maintenance and troubleshooting of the office computers and
office equipment (such as refilling paper in the printers). The Coordinator will also ensure the lobby/reception area, the Coordinator’s work area, the training
room/materials, and the refreshment areas are straightened and tidy for customers. Tidy is defined as magazines straightened, brochures correctly placed in racks,
etc. This position will involve light lifting and will require mobility (i.e. may have to sit on the floor to restock bookshelves or stand on a ladder to reach books or supplies)
