Location: Remote (UK based)
Salary: £23,810 per annum full-time equivalent (National Living Wage)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to assist our team with a project involving transferring data from existing documents into our SharePoint database to enable the launch of a new digital system. This remote role offers flexible working hours and is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in data entry and digital systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and format documents using Microsoft Word and other Office applications
  • Input and update information into our SharePoint database for our new Microsoft PowerApps system
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency
  • Follow clear instructions and adhere to deadlines
