You will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional medical billing and coding services to physicians and healthcare facilities across the USA. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents. Provide general administrative support to our medical billing and coding teams to ensure operational efficiency. Handle sensitive client and patient information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Monitor and manage office supply levels, placing orders as required. Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in another relevant office support role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. The ability to work independently and as a valued member of a team. Experience within the healthcare or medical billing industry is desirable but not essential.
