Job Overview Fugro is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and contributing to our mission of building a safer and more livable world through the power of Geo-data. The successful candidate will be a meticulous and reliable professional, capable of managing a diverse range of administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. This position offers an hourly wage of USD $28.57 - $31.46 and can be based in either. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. * Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members and senior staff. * Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department. * Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems with a high degree of accuracy. * Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation. * Support project teams with data entry, document control, and the preparation of reports. * Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Qualifications * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude. * Discretion and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
