WE ARE RECRUITING AN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AT CAERPHILLY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Working hours: 22 Hours
Contract Type: Permanent/Part Time
Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Highways Services Team.

Responsibilities
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent or a relevant Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of IT packages, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of working with financial systems and within an administrative/clerical environment.
  • A flexible and positive attitude to change.
