Description:
Location: North Shore, BC (In-person, no remote work)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with some Saturdays, 9 AM - 2 PM
Overtime: May be required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have filed a 2023 Canadian tax return
- Must reside on the North Shore
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Managing front desk reception, including answering phones and assisting with general inquiries
- Greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Requesting and providing required documents and information
- Scheduling and coordinating client appointments
- Tracking tax return delivery and e-filing progress
- Compiling and organizing tax return packages
- Coordinating mail, couriers, and document pickups related to tax matters
- Communicating with the CRA regarding client inquiries and requests
- Maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces, including the boardroom and kitchen, and preparing coffee as needed
