JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our financial professionals and leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring efficient operations across the department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and committed to providing exceptional service.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing complex schedules and events, handling communications with professionalism and discretion, and maintaining departmental systems and documentation. Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate would possess an entry level of experience, typically around 1-2+ years of experience in administrative and/or support roles. Financial Industry Experience is a plus.
Compensation: $42,000-$50,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
