JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our financial professionals and leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring efficient operations across the department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and committed to providing exceptional service.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing complex schedules and events, handling communications with professionalism and discretion, and maintaining departmental systems and documentation. This role also involves staying informed on key industry topics to effectively support the needs of the team.

Essential Duties:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, conferences, phone calls, travel, visitor agendas, and events for the department and/or company
  • Update information in departmental database software and/or spreadsheets as appropriate
  • Provide top rate customer service, through professional and courteous responses to inbound phone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person inquiries for leadership when unavailable
  • Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc for leadership
  • Take detailed meeting minute notes and distribute as appropriate
  • Maintain familiarity with and keep informed on details of key industry topics and industry developments

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate would possess an entry level of experience, typically around 1-2+ years of experience in administrative and/or support roles. Financial Industry Experience is a plus.
Compensation: $42,000-$50,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
