Camp YMCA Kanawana is the oldest summer overnight camp in Quebec and offers both traditional and progressive camp programs based on the values of the YMCA. Employees live on-site for the full summer season, from June to August. The salary includes meals, lodging, and round-trip transportation from Montreal to camp. However, it is possible to be a non-residential staff member for this position.
Under the supervision of the Administration and Customer Service Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to all YMCA clients, especially within the camp sector. This person will communicate professionally and efficiently with parents or guardians, coworkers, and supervisors, and relay important and relevant information to the Camp YMCA Kanawana leadership team.
