Canadian Executive Search Group is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant for a local processing facility in Kingsville, Ontario
Location: Kingsville, Ontario (not on a bus route)
Role: Administrative Assistant
Role Type: Temporary
Wage: $18.00/hr.
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday - Friday

POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports the Warehouse activities, including completing necessary paperwork, updating records and reports and other duties assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams for smooth, cost-effective operations.
  • Keep inventory accurate with regular cycle counts and update records through data entry.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and related documentation, both online and in hard copy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper) and prepare inventory/materials reports.
  • Follow and help improve safety, security, and operational policies, and perform other assigned tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Clean criminal background
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full “G” class drivers licence
  • High school diploma or GED,
  • 1 year of related experience or training.
