Job Description Canadian Helicopters is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who will report directly to the HR Director. As a receptionist (20% of your time): Perform reception duties (order stationery, coffee, greet visitors, handle mail, etc.) Workstation at the front reception desk As an administrative assistant (80% of your time): Provide administrative support to the HR department Follow up in accordance with the HR department's established procedures Involvement in the recruitment process Ensure good communication Ensure the archiving and filing of documentation (electronically) All other related administrative tasks Qualifications College diploma in administration or equivalent experience (2 years of administrative experience is an asset); Right to work in Canada; this position is not available for sponsorship; Excellent analytical and communication skills; Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing priorities; Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Good computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel); Excellent organizational and planning skills; Extreme attention to detail; Autonomy and initiative; Team player; Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
