The Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CIS Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the school’s senior administrative team and the school principal. Responsibilities: - Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and scheduling appointments. - Provide administrative support to the principal, staff, and students while facilitating effective communication within the school. - Organize and maintain school records with high accuracy and confidentiality. - Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the principal. - Handle inquiries from students, parents, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and support. - Maintain office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the education sector. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication skills in English. - Ability to use standard office software (MS Office suite) and familiarity with educational management systems (preferably PowerSchool). - Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Willingness to contribute proactively to a positive and productive work environment.
