JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with data entry, and payables and a client-focused mindset. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our office.
POSITION TITLE: Finance/HR Assistant
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
QUALIFICATIONS
The Finance/HR Assistant will have a diploma in Business Administration as well a minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated experience in office administration. The Finance/HR Assistant will have exceptional organizational skills in complex managerial issues and will be able to maintain discretion and manage confidential information in a respectful and trustworthy manner. Knowledge of housing and homelessness, mental health, and addiction issues are a plus.

Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour
