Previous office, administrative and organisational experience
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and grades
Experience of handling large volumes of data and inputting as required.
Experience in the use of Salesforce/CRM systems
Desirable
Experience of working for a charity or not for profit, supporting and administering fundraising activities.
SKILLS
Essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience of or relevant skills to evidence confident Administrative Assistant skills

MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role requires efficient and comprehensive Administrative Assistant and secretarial duties. This will include working closely with the Senior Administrative Officer and other headquarters staff. Efficiency and high competency are required in maintaining records, databases, filing systems and preparing correspondence for the operational team members. Receiving, logging and actioning mail into and out of the office. The role will support the collation and distribution of the monthly wellbeing activity packs and newsletters. This role includes being the first point of contact for people telephoning Care after Combat therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential as well as the ability to manage and respond appropriately to enquiries. The role also involves meeting and greeting visitors.
