Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of our administration team, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting key office and operational functions, including:

  • Keeping our office running smoothly, from greeting visitors to coordinating events.
  • Providing top-notch administrative duties for our projects to support our Operations Team.
  • Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, change orders, and subcontracts.
  • Tracking subcontractor compliance documents.
  • Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and Safety Departments as required.
  • Other administrative support duties as assigned.

We’re open to candidates at different experience levels, whether you’re a seasoned administrator or ready to grow into the role. Here’s what we’d love to see:

  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience preferred, with a background in commercial / industrial / multi-unit residential construction being a strong asset.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Vista ERP system is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong communication abilities. You’re a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
