Main Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls.
- Process customer payments.
- Maintain filing system.
- Invoicing customers and assisting with all invoicing inquiries.
- Assist the Customer Service and Accounting departments when required.
- Monitor and maintain our inventory levels and submit PO’s.
- Entering receiving’s into our system.
- Match and post vendor invoices.
- Make sure any backordered items ship to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain organization of office.

- Highly developed organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels and customers/vendors
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to daily demands
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: preferred
- Customer Service in and office environment: preferred
- Accounting experience: preferred
- Experience in Industrial Sector an asset
- Mechanical aptitude an asset
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organized
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – French would be an asset but not mandatory
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
