Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various office tasks, and ensure efficient operation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage the front desk by receiving and directing visitors appropriately.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling deliveries and other required tasks.
- Support office staff with general operational tasks.
- Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office for various administrative functions.
- Maintain organized and tidy office spaces.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in an office setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is advantageous.
