This Opportunity:
We have immediate full-time career opportunity for an Administration Assistant in our Salt Lake City, UT office.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent communication/customer service skills and can understand the urgency of quick turnaround on work, while possessing extraordinary attention to detail. Previous administrative office work experience with Salesforce, Deltek and engineering and/or construction industry is a plus.

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365

Responsibilities
  • Primary duties will focus on supporting the management team and working directly with the business manager, completing administrative duties.
  • Filing, data entry, report preparation, open and sort incoming mail, processing outgoing mail, answering phones, reception and customer service
  • Assisting the management team with lead research and creating opportunities in Salesforce
  • Project accounting including set-up, coordination with clients, ordering insurance certificates, billing and payment applications, and assisting the project management team with collections
  • Coordination with vendors and accounts payable processing
  • Fleet tracking and reporting
  • Assisting the office safety coordinator in management of the team for safety records
