An administrative assistant, using methods provided by the firm, provides clerical and client services support to the firm. Duties are performed through oral and written contact with their supervisors, team members, office staff, medical providers and emergency services.

Administrative assistant duties include:

  • Welcomes and directs visitors
  • Answers telephones and directs calls
  • Assists in the ordering and receiving of office supplies
  • Request and obtain necessary claim documents including medical records and bills, investigative records, and other information as required.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and filing
  • Maintains the reception and conference rooms
  • Opens, sorts, codes and distributes incoming mail and faxes
  • Weighs and stamps all outgoing mail

The wage range for an Administrative Assistant at entry level is $18.31 – $20.29 per hour. After your introductory period you would also be eligible to receive ICP on a quarterly basis through our Incentive Compensation Plan with met monthly requirements.
