JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Computer/ Microsoft word, Excel, Typing, telephone, Interpersonal, Problem, Adaptability, discretion in handling skill sensitivity and sensitive information are highly required for this position.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel

Responsibilities
  • To manage phone calls, fax, emails and mail.
  • To manage front office and receive visitors. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • To assist in purchasing and logistic arrangements
  • To assist in ordering office supplies and inventory
  • To manage company vehicle reservations
  • Managing vehicle keys and Shell Card
  • To serve as communications link between external and internal or internal departmental
  • Preparing purchase orders, verifying invoices and couriers
  • Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Assist manager and team with any ad-hoc requests
  • Perform mail pick up or deliver when necessary.
