Administrative Assistant Pilsen Wellness Center Chicago, IL Part-Time $16.82 per hour Site 6026 South Kedzie Avenue Chicago IL 60629 Schedule Tuesday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to provide high-quality administrative support to staff and families. The administrative assistant manages appointments, provides caller support, and handles routine clerical and administrative tasks and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness. Responsibilities * Communicates clear, accurate, and detailed messages * Makes reminder calls to participants regarding upcoming visits * Prepares and types correspondence and reports as needed * Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files * Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Qualifications *   Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required *   Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred *   3-5 years of administrative and clerical assistance preferred  *   Strong organizational skills Compensation & Benefits * Hourly: $16.82 per hour * Ongoing professional development, including virtual trainings   About Us Pilsen Wellness Center is a community-based organization providing culturally responsive behavioral health and social services.
