Description

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that deliver Cardiac & Pulmonary rehabilitation services across Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire; aimed at improving the health outcomes for patients’ diagnosed with cardiac & respiratory conditions.

The post holder will be a member of City Health Care Partnership supporting HUTH Clinical Leads and CHCP B3 Admin. You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a Health Care setting.
