Job Description:

  • Process customer’s order after receiving order requests
  • Co-ordinate with customer on incoming cargo GRN
  • Arrange forwarders to pickup cargo once shipment is done
  • Prepare monthly reports for billing
  • Update cargo data & location into system
  • Process customer return order
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-level with 1 year of admin. experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and able to work well with minimum supervision

Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Toh Guan Roa
