Clary & Associates is looking to hire a front desk administrative assistant to assist our office staff. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and routing phone calls and attaining appropriate client information Preparing documents such as – letters, transmittals, proposals, etc. Maintain and schedule appointments, meetings, interviews, deliveries, etc. Typing, filing, and other general office duties Assisting in the upkeep of daily operation in the office Proficiency in typing Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of computers and relevant software (i.e. – Outlook, Word, Excel) Key Qualities Pleasant professional demeanor Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Organization and planning skills
