This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service to both clients and team members. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to partners, accountants, and other team members Serve as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions Maintain and organize digital and physical client files Assist with E-Filing documents and tax returns Assist with assembling tax returns, financial documents, and client deliverables Support document management, scanning, filing, and data entry tasks Track incoming and outgoing mail and assist with client correspondence Order and maintain office supplies and support general office organization Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Processing customer payments Requirements Administrative experience required, preferably in a financial services, accounting, medical or law office, or any other professional services environment Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Familiarity with document management systems or accounting software Benefits: · Competitive base salary + performance bonuses · Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), life, HSA, short-term disability insurance, long term insurance, hospitalization insurance, cancer insurance, and accident insurance. · Generous PTO + holidays
