Administrative Assistant 📍 Alimos, Athens | 🕘 Full-time At Coffee Berry, one of the fastest-growing Greek companies in the coffee industry, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Senior Management and the company’s overall day-to-day operations. This is a key role for ensuring organization, coordination, and smooth workflow across departments, within a dynamic and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s phone center and corporate correspondence Welcome and assist visitors, partners, and external collaborators Organize business travel arrangements for executives Schedule meetings, video conferences, and manage the Senior Management calendar Provide administrative and operational support to Management Handle office supplies and equipment procurement Manage confidential documents and sensitive information Support the company’s daily administrative operations Must-have Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an Administrative / Secretarial Support role University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Very good command of the English language Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks High level of organization, reliability, and sense of responsibility Discretion and confidentiality Nice-to-have Experience supporting Senior Management Valid driving license Experience in a multi-department organization Speed, flexibility, and confidence in a demanding daily work environment What We Offer A stable role in a growing Greek organization A dynamic and professional working environment Collaboration with all company departments Opportunities for professional development and growth Send us your CV and become a member of the Coffee Berry team
