Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an administrative position with real impact and room for initiative? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Contract Desk team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling sales contracts, reviewing external agreements, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to transactions made by our traders. You’ll play a central part in maintaining oversight of the entire administrative contract process.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and report directly to the Team Lead Contract Desk. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your understanding of a dynamic, international business environment while bringing your own suggestions to improve how we work.
