ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION

Position will support the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.

  • Will need to manage events and event details
  • Manage Calendars
  • Track Travel Expenses on Concur
  • Order food and beverages for meetings
  • Order office supplies

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equiv required
  • Previous Operations or Administrative Support experience
  • Experience in the healthcare field or experience working in a large corporate environment is a plus
  • Attention to Detail
  • Organized
  • Reliability for attendance
  • Team Player
  • Quick learner (Lots of training)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office (strong Excel emphasis)
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
