Description

EDUCATION:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field of Social Services or Office Administration.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid G class driver’s license is required and use of vehicle
  • Drivers Abstract completed within past 3 months
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Check

EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Experience working with databases

ABILITY, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to effectively problem solve in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Outlook, and the Windows Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects
  • Display strong technical and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking and an ability to work well under pressure is required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral is required.
