Concept Floors is a leading commercial flooring company based in Strathfield South. We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible start and finish times to suit the right candidate.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks that support our projects and team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to email and phone call inquiries
  • Prepare and send purchase orders for jobs
  • Call and complete stock checks with suppliers
  • Track and follow up on purchase order delivery dates
  • Create certificates for completed jobs
  • Prepare SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) for upcoming jobs
  • Order office supplies (ink, paper, pens, etc.) as needed
  • Place Woolworths orders for coffee, cleaning supplies, milk, etc.
