This opportunity is for an Administrative Assistant in a busy Property Management brokerage working primarily in assisting the condominium management team.

The responsibilities of this position entail:

  • Assisting in preparation and distribution of board and AGM packages
  • Assisting with mail-outs of documents and notices to condominium owners
  • Onboarding new condominium corporations and owners
  • Creating electronic condominium and owner files, filing documents and ensuring all property files in Yardi are up to date and accurate
  • Preparing and sending condominium documents and estoppels
  • Processing and monitoring owner’s arrears
  • Assisting the Condominium Managers with various other administrative duties as required
  • General office and assistant duties - answering phones and emails, filing, data entry, creating and updating spreadsheets, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of increasingly responsible experience as an admin assistant in a busy condominium management office.
