JOB OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and managing correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering the phone with excellent phone etiquette, greeting and directing clients and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist with filing, organization, and clerical tasks to ensure an orderly office environment.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Providing team support with cleaning the rooms in between patients.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, particularly in a medical office setting.
