Administrative Assistant - Construction Department: Construction/CEI Employment Type: Full Time Location: Manassas, VA Description At Rinker Design Associates, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the Construction Project Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, greeting and communicating with clients, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. What You'll Do: Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies and shared office areas; monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment. Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; prepare progress meeting agendas and distribute meeting minutes. Documentation & Communication: Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms; greet and communicate professionally with clients and visitors. Project Support: Process contractor pay applications; track daily and monthly installed quantities; log and maintain material delivery tickets. Recordkeeping: Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems; prepare and maintain reports as needed.
