Remote. Must be based in Charlotte NC. Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Prefer experience within the healthcare industry specific to contract therapy for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, but not required.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote and On-site)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our corporate operations in Charlotte, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of trade shows and conventions, managing our Charlotte executive office, and providing evolving executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Charlotte, NC
