Are you a detail-oriented professional with top-notch administrative and customer service skills FuzeHR is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in spectacular Squamish, BC! This is a fantastic opportunity for local talent available for work from now until end of 2025, with the possibility of 6-12 month contract extension.

️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, contractors, and staff
  • Manage visitor sign-in/out, distribute PPE, and provide site orientations
  • Oversee facilities services: cleaning, office supplies, maintenance
  • Handle filing, archiving, and document management
  • Support logistics for special guests and coordinate catering/refreshments
  • Prepare and reset conference rooms for meetings and visits
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies (tea, coffee, milk, etc.)
  • Coordinate contractor repairs (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with local vendors and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with Admin and HR teams, and support managers as needed
