Description Office Location: Houston, TX 77056 (Galleria) This is a contract-to-hire opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will support daily office operations with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. Assisting with documentation and coordination, and ensuring efficient and smooth office operations. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including office inventory, records maintenance, administrative expense tracking, meeting scheduling, etc. Coordinate communications, including drafting and responding to emails, announcements, and notices. Maintain office correspondence, including updating directories, sorting, and distributing daily communications. Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries and accommodations. Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, and maintain employee parking, access, and asset records. Maintain office operating procedures to improve efficiency. Assist with planning and coordination of company events and activities. Order office supplies and inventory management. Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic reporting. Prepare and order business cards. Maintain and manage company vehicles. Foster positive relationships with the building management team, vendors, and coordinate service requests. Serve as a backup to other administrative staff when needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred. Strong organizational skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player who enjoys working collaboratively. Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
