Description
- Inputting business data into internal systems - Assisting with invoice issuance (tracking, preparing originals, arranging delivery) - Managing schedules, arranging business trips, car services, and meeting venues - Processing expense reimbursements (verifying expense data) - Handling phone calls and welcoming visitors (including serving refreshments) - Coordinating ceremonial arrangements, greeting cards, and telegrams - Managing office areas and supplies - Preparing and organizing manuals, documents, and other materials - Organizing business cards, entering data into Excel, sorting mail - Communicating with secretaries and assistants in overseas offices (via email and phone) - Arranging hotel and transportation for overseas visitors Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or sales support roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable using English for internal systems and communication - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a professional services firm (e.g., law firm, consulting firm) - Experience in HR or general affairs in startups or small-sized companies - Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
