Responsibilities Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management. Manage and organize documents, files, and records associated with property transactions. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings for clients and agents. Assist in preparing marketing materials for properties, including flyers and online listings. Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone and through email. Maintain the office's database and CRM system by entering and updating client information. Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or real estate is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably in real estate. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
