The Role We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. You will be the operational backbone of our Albuquerque location — managing front desk functions, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring every person who walks through our door or calls our office receives a professional and courteous experience. This role reports to the Business Office Manager and works independently with minimal daily oversight. Requirements What You'll Do Answer and triage incoming phone calls; provide prompt, professional service to patients, families, and staff Manage front desk operations including workspace organization, printers, and copier stations Track, order, and inventory office supplies Coordinate breakroom upkeep and supply restocking Assemble Start of Care packets for clinical teams Retrieve and distribute incoming mail and packages Process check deposits through remote capture and maintain accurate records Issue, activate, and deactivate employee access badges and key cards Support the Business Office Manager, Directors, and Executive Leadership with administrative projects as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in office administration preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and time management skills Professional written and verbal communication Familiarity with medical or healthcare terminology is a plus Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and follow through without prompting Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Work Environment Office-based role with standard physical requirements — sitting for extended periods, moderate lifting, and occasional local travel. Limited patient contact.
