Job Title Administrative Assistant Location Nash, TX, USA Additional Location(s) Employee Type Employee Working Hours Per Week 40 Job Description SUMMARY Under general supervision, perform complex administrative/secretarial support for division manager and assigned staff. Compose letter, memoranda, and reports independently. Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality. Location: Nash, Texas Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm (100% On-Site) Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour (DOE) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. • Receive/review all incoming correspondence and mail, routing it to the appropriate organization or individual. • Prepares detailed outgoing correspondence • Maintains files of correspondence. • Maintains up-to-date files of all division records, some of a complex nature. • Coordinates and arrange travel requirements, obtaining the lowest available fares and lodging. • Answers, screens, and directs telephone calls, relay messages and answer complex inquiries. • Attends meetings to take, finalize and distribute minutes. • Organize and maintain complex computerized and manual files, records, inventories, and data bases including backing up and purging systems, annotating files, and retrieving data in report form as required. • Calendaring and communicating work and personal events • Create and file work expense reports • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of office systems • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments • Partner with management to maintain office policies as necessary • Organize office operations and procedures • Attends and participates in conventions, trade shows and in-services relating to IV therapy. • Consistently represents the company in a professional manner. • Maintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the Company. • Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
