We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to generate ad hoc reports. This role requires a diligent professional who can follow instructions precisely and execute step-by-step processes effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency: 7/10).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Highly diligent in following instructions and executing step-by-step processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
